Meet Matt, the Licensee
Matthew McCombe was born & bred in Perth, Western Australia and currently resides in Nollamara with his wife Nerissa. Accredited with a Bachelor or Arts at the University of Western Australia and also a Diploma in Education, Matt began his career in teaching for the department of education before moving to Peter Moyes Anglican Community College where he specialised in mathematics. When the opportunity arose for Matt to live and teach in Hong Kong it was one that he could not pass by. With fluent conversational skills in Indonesian & French, Matt has since travelled extensively throughout Asia and Europe and he feels that the life skills he has accumulated along the way have been invaluable when it comes to customer service.
A significant moment in Matt’s life was when he purchased his first property. Using a mortgage broker himself, he quickly identified the excellent service proposition that his broker offered and decided that with his own background and mathematics & teaching he had the skills and passion to embark on a new career as a home loan specialist. With two years experience working for one of Australia’s major brokerages, Matt received the best industry training available and with over $60 million residential lending to his name his results speak for themselves. Proudly holding a ‘Certificate IV’ in finance broking and other numerous industry accolades which include ‘Gold Class Status’ with St George Bank & ‘A Class’ broker status with Commonwealth Bank, Matt believes he has the skills to assist you finding the right loan to satisfy your particular needs.
With a wealth of experience and rapid success Matt has naturally decided to take his career to a new level and start his own company ‘Extreme Mortgages & Finance’.

When Matt does get a bit of free time you can often find him catching the surf down at Scarborough Beach, yacht sailing on the Swan River or spending invaluable time with his wife & socialising with friends.
